Thank you to everyone on staff who assisted with the Carey Mason Eanes memorial service Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Memorial United Methodist Church. Rain poured all day including when we went to Holly Hill cemetery. Tim was so very helpful in every way, especially putting family members’ cars in line for the drive to the cemetery so we did not have to do that in the rain. We have never had that type of service anywhere before. The staff also provided lots of umbrellas for everyone. Thank you so very much for the thoughtful, caring services. My family and I would like to thank the entire staff, especially, Jack Strayhorn, at your Wallburg location, for the time, effort, comforting comments, varying suggestions, and, in general, the entire process that was totally new to us.
We felt at ease and under no pressure in all of the decisions and research that was done in a timely fashion.
The care that was given to me and my family made this transition much easier and it could not have been handled any better.
The service was PERFECT.

We recently lost our family patriarch. JCGreen quickly met with us and were happy to meet our needs. They were kind and pleasant. I felt very comfortable with them. Thank you for making a difficult time easier!

JC Green handled my mother and father’s service. I don’t think there is anything they could have done any better. Professional, respectful, caring and thorough in every way. Jack at the WS location directed each. In a time of grief, confusion and sadness, they took away so many worries. I recommend 10 out of 10. Thank you Jack, and thank you JC Green Funeral Home. Words cannot express the compassion and kindness shown toward my family and me during the passing of my mother, Jo Ann Everhart. Jim, Karen and Haley were so helpful and made sure every detail was attended to. It was such a comfort to know that we had their support during a difficult time.

A special thank you to Haley Truitt for her love, compassion and care in handling my Grandmothers funeral. It takes a special person to be able to handle all of the tedious details at such a difficult time. She was so amazing from start to finish and we couldn't imagine handling it all without her. Many thanks to Haley and James for their wonderful care and handling of my 92-year-old Dad's recent passing. My family could not be more appreciative of their exemplary service. Haley took compassionate care of us at the funeral home. James made sure he got my Dad transported to Ohio for the burial, working closely with the cemetery to cover all those details. The loving care we experienced with J.C. Green & Sons will always be remembered.

I would like to thank all the staff at JC Greens for their loving and professional service following the death of my beloved mother Phillis Craver. During the lowest point in my life they were there for me. When it came to my mom, my standards were extremely high and maybe even unreasonable, but you folks met and exceeded them. Special thanks to Haley and Susan as their genuine display of compassion touched my heart and I will never be able to thank them enough. I sure miss my mom so much but I find comfort in knowing she received the dignified service she so richly deserved. God bless you folks.

Sirs, I would like to thank you so much for the service you have provided over the years for my father and mother two of my brothers my grandparents and numerous aunts uncles cousins and many many friends over the years you are my family as much as my own family I have known many of your staff over the years . I miss Jack long and Winslow Grady Kanoy but I know in the end we will all be in heaven together and to see Julius Cicero Green himself ;thank you.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Jack Strayhorn/ Funeral Director, at the Wallburg, N.C., location. I greatly appreciate how you handled my husbands funeral service and all of the details. I appreciate your kindness and your patience, and your understanding, during this extremely difficult time.
